The Sardinian Cultural Association (SCA) was founded in 1987 and since 1988 has been officially recognized by the Autonomous Region of Sardinia (RAS). Currently the SCA has a base of around 300 Members, 'simpatizzanti' and 'Next Generation' members and calls Australia 'home' whilst at the same time being extremely proud of its Sardinian heritage.
Our new cookbook, Terra Sarda: Sardinian Home Cooking in Australia celebrates our unique food culture while preserving the recipes and food memories of our community.
